If your battery has gone into sleep mode or is not responding, you may need to perform a battery wake-up from the inverter settings.
Follow the steps below on your inverter display.
Battery Wake-Up Steps
- Press Enter to open the Options menu.
- Go to Advanced Settings.
- Enter the current password and press Enter.
- Navigate to Storage Energy Set.
- Select AUTO BAT Wakeup.
- Change AUTO BAT Awaken to Enable.
- Press Esc to exit the settings.
- Press Enter to Save & Send.
After completing these steps, the system should attempt to wake the battery and restore communication.
