The position is preparing post PV installation BER assements for upload to the SEAI system.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience
• The BER Assessor must have completed the QQI Level 6 course, BER Rating of Dwellings, and must be registered with the SEAI as a BER Assessor or eligible to register with the SEAI.
• Have one or more of the following qualifications: Construction trade or a Level 7 Qualification in a Building Construction related course
• Full Driving License
• Good knowledge of the materials of construction and building services
• Good verbal, written and customer engagement skills
• Flexibility and drive to complete work assignments to committed deadlines
• Capacity to handle a high volume of workload and complete in an accurate manner
• Working knowledge of the DEAP 4.2 software which is used by BER assessors
• Knowledge of Irish building regulations
• Microsoft Word & Excel Proficiency
