• The warranty applies to all stainless steel and lead-fabricated AIRTRAK products.
• Products should be fitted per the manufacturer’s instructions, especially concerning vertical overlap distances.
• Maintenance as outlined in the fitting instructions is crucial for warranty validity​​.

ROOFTRAK®

Primary Function: Provide a secure connection to the structure while maintaining the integrity of the waterproofing layer.

Special Conditions:

• This warranty specifically excludes use related to personnel safety and fall arrest.
• Must be installed according to manufacturer’s fitting instructions and, if part of an OEM roof system, in accordance with current OEM guidelines.
• Warranty period may be limited by the duration of the manufacturer's warranty for customer-supplied membrane flange material if it is less than 10 years.
• The roof must have a final Electronic Leak Detection certificate for the warranty to be valid.

ROOFPORT®

Primary Function: Facilitate the routing of smaller pipes and cables through the waterproofing layer while maintaining roof system integrity.

• Must be fitted according to manufacturer’s instructions and OEM guidelines if part of an OEM roof system.
• Warranty period may be limited by the duration of the manufacturer's warranty for customer-supplied membrane flange material if it is less than 10 years.
• The seal between the ROOFPORT membrane flange material and the roof field membrane is specifically excluded from the warranty.

Masterform®

Primary Function: Provide a versatile material for flashing and weathering details as an alternative to traditional materials.

Special Conditions:

• Must be installed according to manufacturer’s instructions.
• Warranty will not apply if exposed to extreme conditions, chemicals, or unusual impacts.
• Not applicable if used as a roofing membrane.
