Thank you for participating in the Going Solar referral scheme. By taking part in our referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility for Referral Voucher:
- You will be eligible for a €150 One4All voucher for each successful referral. A referral is considered successful only when the new customer completes the purchase and installation of a solar PV system from Going Solar.
- The voucher will be issued after the installation is completed and verified by our team.
- Changes to Referral Terms:
- Going Solar reserves the right to modify the referral scheme terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
- Referral Limits:
- Each referrer can earn vouchers for a maximum of 15 successful referrals per fiscal year.
- The maximum value of vouchers you can earn in a fiscal year is €3,000.
- Form of Referral Bonus:
- The referral bonus will be issued in the form of a One4All voucher.
- You are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from receiving this voucher. Please consult with a tax professional if you have any questions regarding your tax liabilities.
- How to Refer:
- To refer a friend or family member, fill out the referral form on our website with the required details.
- Ensure that the person you are referring mentions your name or promo code when they contact Going Solar to initiate their purchase.
- Eligibility of Referred Customers:
- The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously engaged with Going Solar for any services or products.
- Employees of Going Solar and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme.
- Non-Transferability:
- Referral vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
- Disqualification:
- Going Solar reserves the right to disqualify any referrals or participants that do not comply with these terms and conditions or are found to be engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Program Termination:
- Going Solar reserves the right to terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Vouchers earned prior to termination will still be honored according to these terms and conditions.
